Drive Autogroup is seeking a dynamic Parts Wholesale Advisor to join our expanding team. This role is customer-facing, requiring a warm smile and proactive approach to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
Experience
Prior experience in an Automotive Dealership is essential.
Proficiency with CDK software is required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Ontario driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and engaging attitude.
Team-oriented with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
Adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Must be available to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities
Greet parts customers warmly and promptly.
Provide parts and accessories to retail customers efficiently.
Assist Technicians by supplying necessary parts for vehicle repair and maintenance.
Listen attentively to customer needs and recommend appropriate parts and accessories.
Provide accurate quotes for recommended parts or accessories.
Answer incoming calls courteously and promptly.
Manage shipping and receiving of parts.
Assist with merchandising displays.
Process payments or obtain credit authorizations.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
