Job descriptionRead blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings to determine work procedures. Install, align, fit, dismantle, and move centrifuges, skids, motors, hydraulic systems, and pumps. Operate hoisting and lifting devices such as cranes, loaders, and forklifts to position machinery and parts during the installation, set-up, and repair of machinery. Inspect and examine Centrifuge and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions. Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts. Clean, lubricate, and perform other routine maintenance work on machinery. Assemble machinery and equipment before installation using hand and power tools. Keep up to date with all Precision Rentals' core values, key beliefs, and safety culture. Participating in after-hours and weekend on-call and overtime as required. Various other duties as required. High school diploma. Must be a registered Red Seal Journeyperson Millwright 2+ years’ experience working with or on drilling rig equipment is considered an asset. Must have a valid Vehicle Operation License (abstract required).

Summary :
Reporting to the Area Manager, Central, the Journeyperson Millwright is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, overhauling, and repairing the Centrifuge Equipment, machinery, and mechanical components.
