Job description

Tasks

  • Perform pre-assembly of components using tack welds placed at precise locations prior to final welding.
  • Verify parts for compliance with assembly tolerances and make necessary adjustments when required.
  • Carry out welding operations on aluminum parts.
  • Detect and identify any non-conformities related to weld quality in accordance with company standards.
  • Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements

  • DEP (vocational diploma) in Welding and Fitting
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience welding aluminum
  • Strong knowledge of GMAW and FCAW welding processes
  • Excellent blueprint reading skills
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous with respect to quality standards
