Bio‑K+ , a Kerry company, is currently looking for a Quality Control Laboratory Analyst (Microbiology) to join the quality team. We are looking to fill 1 position for the week schedule (from Monday to Friday) and 1 for the weekend schedule (from Wednesday to Sunday) . Lieu du poste En présentiel.
About the role
Ces 2 postes sont pour des horaires fixes : 1 poste pour l'horaire de semaine (du lundi au vendredi) et 1 pour l'horaire de fin de semaine (du mercredi au dimanche).
Key responsibilities
- Appliquer les BPF et les BPD dans toutes les activités de laboratoire.
- Réaliser les activités de contrôle qualité (échantillonnage, inspections, analyses) sur les intrants, matières premières et matériaux d’emballage.
- Effectuer les analyses microbiologiques, physico-chimiques et organoleptiques sur les produits semi‑fins et finis.
- Mener les analyses de stabilité des produits finis selon le calendrier établi.
- Prélever les échantillons (matières premières, produits semi‑fins et finis, environnement) en collaboration avec les autres départements.
- Maintenir un environnement de laboratoire propre et fonctionnel, incluant l’entretien des équipements et instruments de mesure.
- Prioriser et soutenir le processus de relâche des produits.
- Participer aux enquêtes liées aux plaintes, non‑conformités et événements qualité.
- Contribuer activement aux initiatives d’amélioration continue.
- Gérer les ressources du laboratoire, notamment par la réalisation de l’inventaire mensuel.
- Compléter avec rigueur et exactitude tous les registres, certificats d’analyse et documents associés aux activités de laboratoire.
- Soutenir les exigences du plan HACCP.
- Participer à la révision et à l’approbation des documents qualité.
- Faire preuve de flexibilité selon les besoins du laboratoire et de la production.
- Accomplir toute autre tâche connexe jugée pertinente.
