We are looking for a Mechanical Lead Engineer to join our client, a global player in the transportation sector.

  • Lead the development and integration of mechanical installations.
  • Manage design requirements and ensure compliance for validation and certification.
  • Lead the definition of interfaces, space allocation, and installation part design.
  • Supervise design teams and promote collaboration.
  • Support initial train assembly reviews and production phases.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the field.

Qualifications

  • BSc/MSc degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Professional license (P.Eng)
  • 10-15 years of revelant experience in the field
  • Specialized in pneumatics/hydraulics piping
  • Strong project management skills
  • Knowledge of design requirements, validation and certification processes
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
