As theeCommerce & Digital Merchandising Manager, you’ll own the strategyexecution of eCommerce and digital marketing, with a strong focus onmerchandising, campaign planning, customer experience, and performanceoptimization. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement,Merchandising, Creative, Marketing, Systems, and Operations teams to ensure aseamless and engaging customer journey that drives traffic, conversion, andrevenue.
Thisis a hands-on, strategic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced,collaborative environment and loves turning insights into impactful digitalexperiences.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Buildand manage the annual eCommerce marketing calendar in collaboration withMarketing, aligned to product launches, promotions, and key businesspriorities;
- Definedigital merchandising and bundle strategies with Procurement andMerchandising, including pricing, margin, product mix, and timing;
- Partnerwith Creative on photography direction and product content (imagery, copy,specifications) to elevate the shopping experience;
- Overseeweekly merchandising updates, content refreshes, and product launches tomaximize conversion, average order value, and revenue.

Requirements
Thesuccessful candidate can be based in either Vancouver or the Okanagan. Thishybrid role may require travel to Kelowna. This exciting opportunity offers acompetitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 per year, depending onexperience. After a 3-month probationary period, you will be eligible fora comprehensive benefits package that includes four weeks of vacation, healthand dental coverage, team gifting perks and access to a robust mental healthsupport program.
