Why is this role important?

Reporting to a Store Setup Manager, you will be part of a special team of colleagues who travel to stores all across the province, to merchandise and assist teams during renovations and new store openings.

What You’ll Do

• You will travel to assigned retail locations and different locations within Manitoba on a weekly basis to work alongside construction teams to remodel our stores.
• Responsibilities include eliminating out-of-stock and out-of-date product from the shelves, clean and / or adjust the shelves and re-stock the shelves.
• Efficiently and accurately assemble, set-up, maintains store fixtures, displays and shelves by following Plan-O-Grams (a guide with pictures and information).
• Receives and unloads incoming materials and compares information on packing slip with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment.
• Ensures merchandise of all departments is presentable for customers, including aisles being accessible at all times.
• Assist in other tasks as needed (manual labor, cleaning, general maintenance, stockroom & sales floor maintenance).
