Digital Merchandising & Analytics (Today's Shopping Choice)

Who we're looking for:

Today's Shopping Choice (TSC) is seeking a Digital Merchandising & Analytics who can transform data into meaningful business insights. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, improve performance, and help shape data-driven decisions across the business.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze customer, sales, inventory, traffic, conversion, and other digital performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improved customer experience.
• Establish and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance scorecards to track key business metrics and measure outcomes.
• Partner closely with Buying, Planning, Digital Merchandising, and Digital Product teams to develop data-driven frameworks that support optimal assortment, inventory, and buying decisions.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations that influence merchandising, promotional, assortment, and digital strategy decisions.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across product categories and channels, providing insights that drive business performance.
• Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional partners and senior leadership, helping teams prioritize initiatives and maximize results.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, analytics methodologies, and business performance measurement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define success metrics and evaluate the impact of merchandising and digital initiatives.
• Support strategic planning, forecasting, and business reviews through comprehensive data analysis and performance reporting.

What you’ll bring:

• 2-5 years of experience in a progressive Business Analytics
• Proficient user experience with SQL and relational databases, experience building dashboards in tools such as DOMO or PowerBI
• Undergraduate university degree
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform large, complex datasets into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs including inventory productivity, customer behavior, conversion, traffic, and assortment performance
• Experience in retail, ecommerce, omnichannel, or consumer-focused environments is strongly preferred
• Experience developing reporting frameworks, dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level business reviews
