Work Schedule:
• Rotating Shift – Day: 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Thursday, and 5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Friday
• Evening Shift: 3:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., Monday to Thursday, and 1:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Friday
• Training Schedule: Training hours follow the assigned working shift

Position Summary
The RDC Cutting Operator is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient cutting of customer orders within the RDC cutting department. This role requires close attention to customer specifications, strict adherence to daily cutting schedules, and accurate system transactions to ensure inventory integrity and on-time shipment. The operator also supports material handling, packaging, and continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
Salary: $24.50/hour
Responsibilities:
• Cut customer orders on the cutline in accordance with SAP instructions
• Accurately follow customer notes and specific order requirements
• Execute daily cutting schedules as assigned for each shift
• Create and execute cuts in SAP
• Wrap reels and prepare finished goods for shipment
• Palletize cut material according to shipping and quality standards
• Safely operate a forklift to move raw materials and finished goods
• Put material away in designated locations using RF scanners in Blue Yonder
• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and site policies at all times
Knowledge and skill requirements:
• High school diploma preferred
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or cutting environment is an asset
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Experience with SAP, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems (Blue Yonder preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and quality
• Excellent time management and task prioritization skills
