The successful candidate will be comfortable managing day-to-day purchasing activities while also helping improve supplier relationships, inventory controls, documentation, and supply chain processes as the company scales.Key focus areas include:End-to-End Orchestration: Tracking, scheduling, and optimizing orders for high-tech components.Supplier Relationship Management: Acting as the primary liaison between key suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure quality and strict deadline compliance.Strategic Sourcing: Identifying new suppliers, optimizing costs, negotiating payment terms, and executing onshoring strategies to build a resilient supply chain.Documentation Management: Ensuring that all logistics and payment documentation are recorded and stored appropriately.This role is based in Toronto, ON, and is 100% on-site.
