1‑Full Time‑ Ward Clerk
2C Cardiology‑Medical Inpatient Unit
Reporting to the Manager ‑ Cardiology & GeneralMedicine, the Ward Clerk will be responsible for providing a full
range of clerical support services for the 2C ‑ MedicalUnit.
Qualifications :
- Client‑focused communication skills; good interpersonal,organizational, and telephone skills
- Demonstrated good time management skills
- Ability to "multi‑task" to ensure an effectiveclerical work flow process on a busy patient care unit.
- Demonstrated ability to assist with unit budget process byutilizing effective supply purchase and inventory control
- Initiative with the ability to work with a minimum ofsupervision
- Working knowledge of medical terminology, processing medicalorders, payroll, admission and discharge, and
transfer process.
Salary Range : $26.588 to 27.221
