Location : Various locations across Ontario
As a Compliance Officer you will be responsible for ensuring that the company and its employees comply with internal policies and external regulations. You will conduct audits assess risk and implement compliance programs to mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliancerelated issues.
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints.
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update compliance programs accordingly.
Requirements

Bachelor s degree in law, business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and risk management practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and training abilities.
