Medical laboratory technologist Jobs in Ingersoll, ON

Rural Roads Health Services (RRHS) is actively seeking applicants for a Medical Laboratory Technologist in the Laboratory Services Department.

Primary location : Alexandra Hospital Ingersoll.

Qualifications

• Certification with Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent.
• Current registration or eligible as a Medical Laboratory Technologist with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario with authorization to practice relevant specialties in Laboratory Medicine.
• Minimum two years' experience in a medical laboratory preferred.
• Demonstrated computer literacy (i.e. Cerner).
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated accuracy, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to collaborate, develop and maintain effective relationships within healthcare teams.
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to personal, patient and staff safety.
• Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis.
• Ability to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.

Salary : $36.84 - $50.24 per hour.
