On top of that, you need the tenacity to stay on course when things don’t go your way, and the personal ethics to never put your own interests ahead of those you are serving.
Venor team members that embody those qualities have an opportunity to enjoy a strong income, personal branding as an SME in their sector, autonomy to balance their own schedule, and the ability to make a real impact on our employer brand in the community.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs and business goals;
- Identify and target potential clients through various business development strategies.

- Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews, providing detailed candidate assessments;
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit;
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process to ensure a smooth transition for both clients and candidates;
- Provide feedback and support to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process;
- Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful placements; and
- All other duties as required.
As the ideal candidate, you have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. You bring proven experience in full-cycle recruitment with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You have strong business development and client management abilities, and are proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. You possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and have strong organizational and time management abilities. A high level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail is also desired.
