What will your typical day look like? This role will work within a dedicated team to deliver sales solutions while ensuring our instance stays aligned to our internal best practices. This person should have a strong client foundation matched with a focus on customer experience and a collaborative spirit and talent for building strong relationships both with clients and their mentoring team members. In this interesting and diverse role, you will : Utilize best practices for defining business capabilities, understanding core requirements, designing sales solutions and managing ongoing team support. Be able to work with many other professionals to provide input on setting standards and path forward to collectively deliver solutions. Manage the Sales, Service & Mentoring strategy. Manage the quality of backlog and be accountable to it. Drive Sales & Team Growth planning and execution. Enough about us, let’s talk about you..... Required : Minimum 1 year of experience in supervisory or people management functions, along with a sales and service capacity, is a definite asset. Good understanding standards, policies, procedures. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven track record of successfully implementing sales, service and growth solutions definite asset The ability and willingness to be hands-on with the platform as necessary to ensure group success.
