We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service & Recruiting Specialist to join our team! Job Responsibilities :
- Manage recruitment and customer service initiatives with a focus on engagement and retention.
- Handle administrative tasks, ensuring organization and efficiency.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, including social media promotions.
- Communicate effectively with diverse groups, both verbally and in writing.
- Provide top-tier customer service with strong interpersonal skills.
- Utilize CRM systems to track and manage prospective leads.
- Oversee enrollment and renewal processes.
- Coordinate introductory trial programs with instructors and parents.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.
