Dynamic and autonomous, you are a key player in the company, coordinating the installation and maintenance of body shop and mechanical equipment.installation and maintenance of body shop and mechanical equipment. Your leadershipleadership skills enable you to manage a small team of electromechanics and assemblers.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES : PROJECT COORDINATION : ▪ Coordinate work projects and ensure smooth progress.▪ Visit equipment installation sites for ongoing projects (body shop / mechanic equipment installation).body shop / mechanic).▪ Read, interpret and analyze body shop and mechanical shop plans;▪ Prepare sales quotations for projects.▪ Negotiate with suppliers.▪ Respond to customer inquiries regarding projects.▪ Deal with third parties (e.g. architects, governmentalgovernment departments for any required licenses or permits) ;▪ Communicate with local and foreign suppliers for orders.▪ Prepare correspondence.▪ Ensure supply of parts and equipment for assured service.▪ Keep existing and new certifications up to date.TEAM MANAGEMENT : ▪ Schedule electromechanics for installation or repair of equipment.repair of equipment.▪ Follow up with technicians to ensure deadlines are met.▪ Perform checks with technicians.CUSTOMER SERVICE : ▪ Respond to customer inquiries and service calls.with courtesy.▪ Resolve technical problems remotely.▪ Participate in trade shows and represent the company, as required.QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED : ▪ Training, certification or bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering orequivalent.▪ Driver's license required.▪ Bilingual, self-motivated, quick learner.▪ Excellent knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and electricity.▪ Excellent knowledge of Autocad, ability to read, interpret, develop plans.▪ Knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of Acomba is an asset.▪ Excellent leadership skills.▪ Analytical, have a facility with numbers and calculations.▪ Dynamic, versatile, highly organized, able to keep up with acompany.▪ Able to meet deadlines, determine priorities, and take initiative.▪ Good negotiation skills.▪ Priority given to customer service at all times.▪ Good interpersonal skills.▪ Team spirit.
