Position Overview

Finning Canada is currently looking for a dedicated Journeyperson Heavy Duty Rental Mechanic who will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of a variety of Cat Rental Store equipment including construction tools, small engine equipment and compact construction equipment, to join our growing team in Saskatoon.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair tasks on construction tools, small engine equipment and compact construction equipment.
• Perform a wide variety of equipment repair diagnostics.
• Utilize Caterpillar SIS and ET daily.
• Complete technical documentation (service reports, warranty, crossover notes).
• Interact with internal and external customers.
• Work with the Service Supervisor and Leadhand on various tasks as required.
