Overview
We are seeking a full-time administrative assistant for a busy heavy equipment
repair company in Scarborough Ontario.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a family environment
business casual and be a good fit to work amongst heavy duty mechanics
in an office / shop operation.
The hours are generally 8am-4 : 30pm Mon-Fri however there is flexibility
to start / stop 1 hour earlier / later.
It is an on site position but you can work from home if
weather conditions or health issues require that.
Duties include :
- high volume data entry
- basic accounts payable duties using Quickbooks
- taking inbound callswhen required and forwarding to correct team member
- fleet maintenancelogs and recording repair activitieson machinery
- entering sales orders
- setting up health / safety courses
- ordering city permits and managing municipalreports
Compensation will be in 55-60k per year range
and will vary based on relevant fit and experience.
There is also benefits and vacation allotment.
