Job descriptionPerform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Toyota Landcruisers. Troubleshoot and repair 12-volt electrical systems. Troubleshoot hydraulic systems and read schematics. Work with underground equipment, including Torque Matic tractors, Mine Master forklifts, and Mine Cats (considered an asset). Perform preventative maintenance and document all work. Ensure all repairs meet safety, quality, and compliance standards. Support safe work practices and follow all mine site procedures. Automotive Mechanic 310S license. Basic Underground Common Core. Class A Driver’s Licence. Must be local to Timmins — this is not a camp position. Skilled with : Toyota Landcruisers 12-volt electrical troubleshooting Hydraulic troubleshooting Experience with underground equipment (Torque Matic tractors, Mine Master forklifts, Mine Cat) considered an asset. Ability to work independently and safely in a fast-paced mining environment.

About the job :
Our client is seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic (310S) to support underground and surface mining operations. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles such as Toyota Landcruisers and other underground mobile equipment, ensuring safe and reliable performance. This role requires strong mechanical skills, diagnostic expertise, and the ability to work independently in a mining environment.
Start / End Hours : 7 / 7 rotation.
Payrate : TBD
