Role
Reporting to the Regional Director, the Atlantic Field Area Manager is responsible for facilitating the establishment and execution of strategic plans, policies, and field construction / commissioning activities of the company in his / her assigned area. This role facilitates the implementation of the company's priorities and objectives for its team. The Field Area Manager sets the crew's schedule and oversees the operations and deliverables of Rising Edge Group (for his / her assigned area) while establishing key long-term relationships with business partners. This role is also focused on the continuous improvement of the company's business model to maximize productivity and growth. The Field Area Manager is accountable for the operations of Field Construction, Field Commissioning, Trucking, and Shop personnel.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of resources and equipment
- Provide input and assist with the creation and execution of site-specific work plans and schedules
- Manage logistics of all company-owned assets as well as materials
- Review and provide direction for various accounting functions
- Manage and maintain company-owned assets
- Manage employees to support company and personal goals
- Manage area project-specific and client requirements
- Facilitate and manage the overall environment for work performance and productivity in the area
