Joining Engineer – Advanced Materials & Structural Integration
We are seeking a highly skilled Joining Engineer to lead and support innovative engineering design projects with a focus on advanced materials , composite structures , and structural integration techniques . This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge product development and deliver engineering solutions across automotive , aerospace , and industrial sectors .
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and support joining technology development , including adhesive bonding , welding , mechanical fastening , and hybrid joining techniques
- Collaborate with design engineers , materials scientists , and manufacturing teams to select optimal joining processes for lightweight and multi-material structures
- Drive DFMEA , PFMEA , and design-for-manufacture principles throughout the product development lifecycle
- Evaluate and test joint performance through mechanical testing , finite element analysis (FEA) , and durability simulations
- Generate detailed technical documentation , including material specifications , joining process guidelines , and test reports
- Support the development of prototype components and liaise with suppliers for material and process validation
