Job Responsibilities :
Job Responsibilities :
- Administration of delivery systems to ensure accurate delivery of our product to our Customers.
- Participate in advanced quality planning activities, as needed.
- Maintain routing and releasing information for all Customers.
- Review of customer releases and material schedules for verification of ACCUMs and the ability to ship their requirements on time.
- Investigates issues, and develops and implements solutions to ERP Related activities
- Updates TS documents when changes occur to procedures that are implemented
- Assess and present solutions through use of ERP systems.
- Initiate and lead ERP related projects and provide day to day support.
- Collaborate with various business units in organization to facilitate implementation of new or improved reporting processes and functions.
- Implementation of newly created functions and reports.
- Identify and resolve systems issues using ERP solutions.
- Maintain current knowledge and understanding of ERP applications
- Assist users in resolving problems and answer questions with minimal supervision.
- Interpret users' problems over phone and respond with solutions.
- Setup Item Master records in ERP to support Engineering Changes and / or New Launch Programs
- Setup Part Routing and Part Bill of Materials in ERP system in Support of Part Setup Team
- Support Event Based Production Manager Touchscreen Shop Floor Reporting in all aspects from implementation, training and continuous improvement
- Full compliance with all administrative requirements within MDV.
- Ensures work area is kept clean, tidy and safe at all times.
- Reports all incidents or accidents that may cause damage or injury.
- Observes all Federal / Provincial Regulations including standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the Occupational Health & Safety Act as well as Policies and Procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Participates in Continuous Improvement / Suggestion Programs.
- Attends all scheduled training / meetings bringing forward any questions at that time or to his / her Supervisor / Designee.
- Identify opportunities and participate in continuous improvement of materials processes.
- Continuously strive to improve through self-development.
- Perform other assignments as requested by management from time to time as well as making Supervisor / Designee aware of problems / slowdown in work area so can be assigned further duties.
- Provides coverage for Customer Service or other Material Control Staff to balance workload and / or vacation coverage as required.
- Full compliance with all administrative requirements within MDV.
