As a Accounting Clerk you will be responsible for handling various accounts payable verification and filing within distribution center.

This is a regular fulltime position located in Cambridge ON.

Your main responsibilities :

• Issuing credits to customers;
• Tracking claims for customers and the DC and following up on discrepancies;
• Verifying of all invoicing registers and making claims for variances and / or correcting the billing;
• Ensuring that processing activities are completed accurately and in a timely manner in compliance with financial policies and procedures;
• Maintaining physical and electronic office filing systems;
• Ensures that processing activities are completed accurately and in a timely manner in compliance with financial policies and procedures;
• Monitors outstanding invoices and accounts investigates and resolves any irregularities or enquiries.
