Equilibrium Mining is seeking Intermediate / Senior Hydrogeologists - Groundwater Modellers to support our dynamic and growing team. Our extensive hydrogeological and geotechnical experience with open pit and underground mines on 5 continents has equipped us to provide innovative and efficient solutions to mining challenges. Equilibrium has team members in Canada, the US, and Australia, and we are searching for candidates to grow our Hydrogeology / Groundwater Modeling business - as this is primarily a remote role in our global team, the location of the candidate is flexible.

Responsibilities
- Develop and foster new and existing client relationships
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering design teams
- Develop business and deliver projects in a team environment
- Mentor and train junior to intermediate staff
- Develop conceptual and numerical modelling solutions in support of engineering / mining projects.
- Develop new techniques and methods to solve groundwater problems.
- Geological and hydrogeological data analyses, visualization and development of conceptual site models.
- Applying hydrogeological principles to groundwater projects using conceptual and numerical modelling software.
- Perform field work in support of geological, geotechnical and hydrogeological investigations
