Job descriptionMeet regularly with the data team to analyze results, identify trends, and pinpoint opportunities for growth. Develop and present strategic recommendations for new campaigns, A / B tests, and budget allocation. Map and analyze customer journeys to identify friction points and opportunities for upsell and win-back campaigns. Enhance online presence : Audit and manage the company’s digital footprint across key platforms like Google My Business, Wikipedia, and social media. Track brand visibility and keyword rankings in search engines and large language models (LLMs). Develop and implement strategies to optimize our Knowledge Graph and improve our search presence. Work closely with the Digital Project Manager to translate marketing strategies into actionable tasks for the team. Lead brainstorming sessions with Digital Marketing Specialists to generate new ideas for user acquisition and social media campaigns. Partner with the web team to brief and oversee the implementation of website updates and landing pages. Meet with B2B stakeholders to plan and execute lead generation campaigns, create thought leadership content, and manage website updates. 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing strategy role. Proven experience in developing and executing successful user acquisition and retention campaigns. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, and the principles of Knowledge Graph and LLM optimization. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data, customer support, and web development. Excellent communication and project management skills. Bilingualism (French and English) is required. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex concepts clearly. Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and lead generation is an asset. Experience in the media, music, or entertainment industry is a plus. - Analyze performance & strategize :
Monitor marketing campaign dashboards daily to track performance against KPIs.
Support the Digital Marketing Director and the team in the web consolidation project.
