Job description

Responsibilities will include:

  • Creating eye-catching graphics, images and visual content for various marketing materials including social media posts, email campaigns, website, and print material.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team to develop visually appealing marketing materials that align with our Brand Identity.
  • Ensuring that all graphics are on-brand and maintain a consistent visual style across all marketing channels.
  • Assisting in managing Evergreen Co-op social media accounts, while creating engaging content.
  • Developing online relationships with community organizations, and page followers.
  • Attend community events with the Marketing team to represent Evergreen Co-op.
  • Supporting email marketing efforts including list management and content creation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department as required.
  • Assisting with donation requests and communication with applicants.

We are ideally seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, organization and writing skills
  • Creative mindset and strong attention for detail & design
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong initiative to create, motivate & drive projects forward
  • Preferably 1 year of experience with social media, graphic design & video software
  • Class 5 Drivers License
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and/or weekends when required
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Ability to travel to Evergreen Co-op locations in Co-op vehicle or use personal vehicle with paid mileage
  • Willing to learn and take on new duties over time.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
