Key Skills / Requirements :
Make Administrative Decisions on the delivery of communications within the Marketing business unit
responds to external inquiries by communicating in professional manner
Is responsible for providing efficient , effective administrative support to Senior leadership Team(SLT) members and associated business unit
Provides confidential administrative and technical support by directing workflow, acting as an internal and external liaison and coordinating meetings and functions.
Demonstrated ability as a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have skills :
2-5 years of relevant experience in Marketing and business development environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Specialized and comprehensive knowledge of Administrative work methods , procedures and approaches.
Advanced knowledge of various corporate standard software applications and proficiency with a personal computer is essential.
Ability to co-ordinate responsibilities and project activities.
