Job description

Location : Windsor, ON

Salary : $20.00 - $22.00 per hour + shift premium

Shift : days, afternoons, midnights

Key Responsibilities :

Diagnose and resolve minor mechanical or technical issues to minimize downtime.
Work closely with the Quality Control team to identify and correct product defects or inconsistencies.
Maintain accurate records of production activities and equipment maintenance.
Follow all safety guidelines and report any potential hazards.
Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications :

High school diploma

Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
