We are looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team in Richmond Hill, Ontario. In this role, you will collaborate with the Product team to provide essential support in marketing initiatives, administrative tasks, and creative projects. This position offers a great opportunity to contribute to various aspects of marketing while developing your skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and organize marketing and product materials to ensure they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist in the development and distribution of sales, marketing, and physician-facing assets.
- Review and proofread marketing materials to maintain quality and consistency.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the ordering of marketing materials and supplies.
- Upload, tag, and maintain assets within Showpad, ensuring the sales resource centre remains organized and functional.
- Provide support for general marketing campaigns and product-related initiatives.
- Generate light reports to track marketing activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
- 2+ years of experience in an assistant or associate-level marketing role.
- Familiarity with Salesforce for tracking product information.
- Proficiency in handling backend systems and performing detail-oriented tasks.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop for basic design tasks, including logo adaptations and before / after image edits.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, and InDesign is an asset.
- Understanding of social media platforms and tools such as Facebook Insights.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Prior exposure to CRM systems and marketing-related activities is preferred.
