Please note this role will work in a hybrid environment. The successful candidate must be located near a Canadian Blood Services site and will be working a mixture of on-site and off-site work based on the parameters for our operations to meet the needs of our donors, our staff and our communities. About the role
Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular full-time Specialist - Lifecycle Marketing to join our dynamic Insight & Donor Experience team.
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the marketing requirements and for executing against the corporate strategy. In this role you will be responsible for developing creative programs, plans, content and services that support the execution of Canadian Blood Services’ business goals as well as becoming brand ambassadors for the organization. You will provide strategic advice on the development of approaches and tactical plans to deliver on marketing objectives, incorporating various platforms / channels, advise leadership on marketing issues and lead the development of the marketing strategy, while ensuring accuracy and consistency of messages across the organization.
Harnessing your superb interpersonal skills, you will build effective working relationships within the organization to ensure messaging, targeting and campaign execution are aligned and consistent.
