Position Scope :
The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth and product marketing strategies designed to drive the achievement of our client’s revenue targets. This role will develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance brand and product awareness, attract new customers, and retain existing ones.
Accountabilities :
Provide strategic leadership to develop our client’s Growth Marketing Function. Create and implement a growth marketing strategy that aligns with our client’s objectives.
Provide leadership to develop our client’s Product Marketing strategy that aligns with our client’s objectives.
Plan, budget, and manage marketing initiatives across the entire funnel, focusing on acquisition, conversion, and retention to meet sales goals.
Formulate and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies including value prop and customer insights to drive client acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels. Ensure campaigns are data-driven and performance-focused
Support sales teams through creation of sales collateral, whitepapers, case studies, in partnership with content strategist.
Define, establish, and report on full-funnel KPIs, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals and business priorities.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize strategies, tactics, and content for maximum effectiveness.
Ensure that growth marketing strategies are aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
In line with our client’s core values, lead the monitoring, coaching, development and assignment of employees to provide the optimal resources required to attain the team’s objectives and deliver its mandate.
Education and Experience :
Undergrad in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent education and work experience
10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles, preferably within the financial services sector.
Required Skills and Knowledge :
Proven success in driving cross-functional collaboration and results.
Expertise in marketing automation technologies and their application in engaging targeted audiences effectively.
Deep experience in analyzing digital marketing metrics, using data to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
Demonstrated ability to develop and adapt marketing content tailored to specific buyer personas, enhancing engagement and conversion.
Successful track record in account-based marketing (ABM) and lead generation tactics, including digital marketing and marketing automation.
Strong business acumen with the ability to build compelling business cases and justify marketing initiatives.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions and drive measurable outcomes.
