About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Data Solutions Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at TELUS Health. This role is crucial in supporting our transformation initiatives across our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and healthcare data platform, contributing to improved patient care and healthcare system optimization.

What You'll Do

• Lead the transformation of EMR systems by analyzing, documenting, and implementing improvements that enhance patient care delivery and support strategic healthcare system alignment
• Facilitate the integration and standardization of healthcare data using FHIR standards across multiple EMR platforms (PSS, MedAccess, Medesync)
• Drive requirements gathering and analysis for healthcare data exchange and interoperability initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, document requirements, and propose solutions for data enablement and commercialization efforts
• Create and maintain reusable analysis artifacts that support healthcare data product planning
• Partner with clinical teams to optimize workflows and ensure successful adoption of new features
• Support provincial data enablement initiatives and interoperability roadmap implementation
• Contribute to data transformation projects supporting various downstream use‑cases including research and analytics

As a Healthcare Data Solutions Business Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in transforming healthcare delivery in Canada by enabling better data flow, improving interoperability, and supporting critical healthcare initiatives. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing patient care and advancing healthcare system efficiency through data‑driven solutions.

Salary Range : $72,000-$108,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan : 12%
