Job descriptionEnsure data accuracy and consistency across Salesforce and integrated systems. Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, working closely with relevant teams to improve data governance. Analyse complex datasets to deliver actionable insights that support KPIs, financial metrics, and client-specific requirements. Present data-driven findings through clear, compelling reports and visualisations tools, inc Tableau, tailored to diverse audiences. Troubleshoot reporting issues and conduct data quality checks regularly. Collaborate with Salesforce Admins and Developers to implement reporting-related changes and enhancements Translate business needs into technical reporting specifications. Provide support and training to employees in interpreting and using reports effectively. Develop clear documentation and user guides for reporting tools and dashboards. Proven experience in a Salesforce reporting or data analysis role, with deep knowledge of Salesforce reporting capabilities Strong proficiency in building and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture, including objects, fields, and relationships Previous experience in a reporting or analytics role within a law firm or professional services environment is highly desirable Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large and complex datasets High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data integrity and accuracy Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Aspire : To challenge convention, an entrepreneur with energy for change.
