SUMMARY As the Marketing Manager for Optchain, OPTEL's supply chain sustainability software, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven, demand generation strategies that directly contribute to revenue growth. You will be responsible for leading high-impact marketing campaigns that elevate Optchain’s SaaS offerings, optimize market positioning, and accelerate the go-to-market strategy. This position emphasizes using analytics and performance metrics to craft digital campaigns that boost brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and nurture prospects through the sales funnel to conversion. This role reports to the Marketing Director. RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing Strategy & Planning : Lead the creation, execution, and communication of comprehensive marketing strategies and action plans aligned with business objectives and product positioning for Optchain. Define customer personas to guide targeted strategies. Manage marketing budgets allocated for campaigns and events. Provide continuous market and competitive analysis to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Campaign Management & Execution : Design, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, events, and webinars) to drive lead generation and customer acquisition. Oversee the production of marketing materials, including case studies, blogs, brochures, and ads, ensuring consistency with Optchain’s value proposition and SEO best practices. Collaborate closely with sales and SDR teams to optimize lead handoff, nurture Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and track the pipeline from MQL to closed opportunity. Content Management & Creation : Oversee Optchain’s website content and ensure it is up-to-date, SEO-optimized, and aligned with ongoing campaigns and product launches. Collaborate with product management to create blogs, success stories, and feature launches. Performance Measurement & Optimization : Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MQL-to-opportunity conversion rates, campaign ROI, and customer acquisition costs (CAC). Monitor and analyze the lead attribution model to identify the most effective lead sources and channels, using insights to optimize marketing efforts. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in marketing in a SaaS environment. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, and marketing automation tools (e.g.,, Salesforce, Pardot). Experience managing CRM platforms and nurturing lead pipelines. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
