Community Care Consultant (Field-Based Role).

Pay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour + Performance Bonus + Mileage.

This is a relationship-based sales role where you will be out in the community, building connections and meeting with families to guide them through care decisions. It is not a desk job, and it is not a high-pressure sales environment — success comes from building trust, having meaningful conversations, and following through.

About the Role:
This is a field-based, relationship-focused sales role.

You will spend your days:

• Visiting local businesses (doctor’s offices, clinics, pharmacies, etc.).
• Building and maintaining referral relationships in the community.
• Following up consistently and staying top-of-mind.
• Meeting with families to complete in-home care assessments.
• Guiding families through care options and getting services started.
• This role is about building trust first — results come from strong relationships over time.

Compensation:

• $24–$28/hour (based on experience).
• Performance-based bonus tied to growth and client starts.
• Mileage reimbursement.

What a Typical Day Looks Like:

• Approximately 7 hours in the community building relationships and attending meetings.
• Approximately 1 hour of admin work (updating CRM, logging visits, tracking follow-ups).
• A consistent mix of outreach, conversations, and follow-up.
• This is a full-day role and requires consistency and follow-through.
