The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 44, CAD - 44, CAD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and / or long-term incentives. This opportunity is based in the Canadian head office in Brantford Ontario, which is a short commute from the Kitchener / Waterloo and Hamilton / Burlington areas. You will be a part of a dynamic corporate Marketing division, working closely with the Brand Team Lead who is responsible for initiating, developing, recommending and executing marketing plans for an assigned brand and group of products. What is unique about our Marketing role is that you will work with senior leaders in the organization and have the opportunity to deliver presentations to guide decision-making. You will work within a team environment to support, develop and execute business plans geared towards strengthening brand equity.
