This dynamic position requires developing and implementing demand generation campaigns in support of national practice chairs and sector heads with a focus on the Quebec market. The position will also actively participate in the strategic planning process and will provide support to marketing efforts as needed.
The role requires versatility and a broad range of skills and knowledge across various marketing and communications disciplines with a well-rounded understanding of overall demand generation strategies. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to develop and deliver strategic and tactical marketing initiatives and campaigns, effectively lead multiple projects simultaneously and assume a decision-making role in achieving objectives and goals collaboratively and quickly.
You will be focusing on :
- Develop the overall market position for national practice groups and sectors with a focus on the Quebec market
- Personally conceptualize multi-tiered marketing campaigns and programs that generate and nurture leads and span brand amplification, profile building and demand generation
- Evaluate, prioritize and plan for financial and material resources needed to ensure successful delivery and achieve set objectives
- Support national, sector and practice chairs in executing their strategic plans
- Enable communications and connectivity of marketing programs, relationship development, and account development
- Cultivate relationships with key French-speaking media contacts and influencers and liaise with them on a reactive and proactive basis
- Understand and analyze the competitive landscape to help ensure we have a competitive offering
- Oversee the analysis and delivery of sector and practice sponsorship requests and leverage their outcomes
- Translate performance of demand generation campaigns to leadership by defining and reporting on measurable ROI objectives
- Project manage timelines to meet specified deadlines
What you bring to the role :
Norton Rose Fulbright is a large international legal practice with multiple offices around the world. Its clientele is also international, so we must be able to provide services in English and in French. As a result, a good working knowledge of both languages is required , since you will communicate frequently with managers and colleague in other provinces or countries.
