Role Overview
Our client, LuminUltra, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join the Strategic Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing & Client Success, the Marketing Manager brings the LuminUltra brand to life across every touchpoint—driving awareness, generating demand, and expanding presence in target markets. This position offers a base salary range of $70,000–$90,000 CAD , depending on experience.
This role leads day-to-day marketing activity and manages a high-performing marketing team. The Marketing Manager executes integrated campaigns, oversees website and digital performance, runs social strategy, and ensures sales enablement materials align with business priorities. The role is highly cross-functional, partnering with Sales, Market Development, Client Experience, and agency partners to ensure marketing programs directly support commercial goals for pipeline growth and market expansion.
Job Responsibilities
- Campaign Management : Deliver integrated campaigns across paid, earned, shared, and owned channels to support both new business and client growth. Translate strategy from the Senior Director into actionable execution plans, managing briefs, timelines, and internal / external stakeholders.
- Content & Creative Oversight : Oversee development and execution of campaign assets, including email marketing (Pardot), landing pages, and sales materials. Partner with the Creative Specialist and agency partners to produce on-brand content for digital channels, social media, and collateral.
- Digital & Web Management : Serve as day-to-day owner of com, coordinating updates, technical SEO, and performance optimization. Ensure alignment between website content, campaign activity, and brand positioning—tracking web traffic, conversions, and SEO rankings for continual improvement.
- Social Media & Engagement : Execute LuminUltra’s LinkedIn strategy (organic and paid), maintaining a structured posting calendar and consistent brand presence. Monitor engagement and measure channel contributions to awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth.
- Analytics & Reporting : Track and report on campaign and channel performance (MQLs, SQLs, weighted pipeline), providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize results.
- Sales Enablement : Maintain Seismic and other enablement tools with up-to-date campaigns, messaging, and assets. Track usage and adoption to ensure materials directly support sales conversion and pipeline velocity.
