Role: Business Analyst - Digital Marketing
Structure: 1 year contract
Location: Downtown Montreal, QC Hybrid, 3 days per week in office
Rates: $85.00 - $95.00 p/h INC.

Deliverables

Elicit, analyze, and document user needs, journeys, and business processes, producing clear artifacts such as process maps, user stories, and requirements documentation.
Maintain and refine product backlogs, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize work based on value, effort, and risk.
Support Agile delivery by participating in ceremonies, facilitating workshops, coordinating UAT, and ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
Identify and define optimization opportunities, including AI-driven enhancements and mobile experience improvements, ensuring solutions are secure, compliant, and user-centric.

Experience Required

5–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital or product environments, with strong exposure to UX and customer journey design.
Proven experience in requirements elicitation, process modeling, and backlog management within Agile delivery frameworks.
Strong ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across business and IT domains.
Understanding of AI and analytics concepts (including generative AI) and their application in digital products, along with mobile-first and responsive design principles.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, with excellent bilingual (French/English) communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
