Responsibilities :
As a member of the Director of Business Development’s team, the Account Manager brings expertise by :
- Identifies and solicits potential customers to build his or her customer base.
- Identifies and evaluates the needs and resources of customers and recommends the appropriate goods.
- Communicates with customers post-sale to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
- Offers individual training to customers.
- Evaluates and establishes sales conditions and delivery dates.
- Yearly business reviews with top customers.
