Responsabilits principales : Planification stratgique et dveloppement des affaires : laborer et mettre en uvre des plans stratgiques pour dvelopper le segment pharmaceutique (marchs verticaux).Identifier les tendances mergentes, les opportunits de march et les risques internes et externes lis aux activits Pharma de Smardt.Dfinir les objectifs de vente et crer des plans daction pour atteindre le chiffre daffaires annuel vis.tablir la marque Smardt Pharma et positionner son offre commerciale sur le march.Identifier et participer aux vnements industriels pertinents et y promouvoir la marque Smardt auprs du secteur pharmaceutique. Gestion de la relation client : Dvelopper et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients cls de lindustrie pharmaceutique.Collaborer avec les reprsentants des ventes de Smardt pour laborer des plans de mise en march et des stratgies visant la croissance globale.Instaurer une culture de gestion de comptes au sein de lorganisation Smardt.Incluant, sans sy limiter : 1. Plans de comptes; 2. Runions internes; 3. Revues daffaires trimestrielles avec les clients.Structurer les quipes Pharma pour assurer une excution optimale des ventes et du service.Adopter une approche proactive pour grer les comptes stratgiques et dvelopper de nouvelles relations daffaires.Tenir des runions rgulires avec les clients pour prsenter les nouveaux produits, technologies et solutions. Dveloppement de solutions : Collaborer avec les quipes dingnierie et de dveloppement de produits pour concevoir des solutions de refroidissement sur mesure rpondant aux exigences spcifiques des clients.Se tenir inform(e) des dernires avances technologiques dans les systmes de refroidissement applicables lindustrie pharmaceutique (bureaux, R&D, fabrication, etc.).Avoir une vision prospective du dveloppement commercial.tre la voix du client au sein de Smardt pour orienter le dveloppement de produits et les services offerts. Leadership commercial : Dterminer lquipe requise pour soutenir et dvelopper les activits pharmaceutiques de Smardt.Offrir du coaching, du mentorat, des opportunits de dveloppement et une gestion de performance efficace.Dvelopper des programmes visant amliorer la connaissance de lindustrie et les comptences en vente de lquipe.Collaborer avec le service aprs-vente pour comprendre les besoins des clients et excuter un plan de service adapt.Prvoir les ventes mensuelles et les communiquer la direction de Smardt. Collaboration interfonctionnelle : Travailler en troite collaboration avec le marketing pour laborer des campagnes cibles et du matriel promotionnel.Cooprer avec le dpartement de service pour assurer une installation, un entretien et un soutien aprs-vente sans faille.Coordonner avec les chanes dapprovisionnement et les oprations pour assurer la livraison dans les dlais.Collaborer, dans la mesure du possible, avec les quipes mondiales de Smardt pour grer les dossiers des clients stratgiques (appels doffres, qualit, communication, livrables, etc.) Analyse de march et rapports : Effectuer des recherches de march pour anticiper les tendances, surveiller les activits concurrentielles et suivre lvolution rglementaire.Analyser les donnes de ventes et produire des rapports rguliers pour la direction sur les indicateurs de performance et les initiatives stratgiques.Utiliser ces donnes pour ajuster les stratgies et renforcer le positionnement de Smardt sur le march. Gestion budgtaire et financire : laborer et grer le budget ventes / marketing du march pharmaceutique vertical.Identifier des opportunits dconomies sans compromettre la qualit ni la satisfaction client.Collaborer avec le dpartement des finances pour laborer et grer un P&L spcifique au march Pharma. Conformit et thique : Veiller ce que toutes les activits respectent les rglements de lindustrie, les politiques de lentreprise et les normes thiques.Promouvoir une culture dintgrit et de responsabilit.Se tenir jour sur les exigences rglementaires applicables au secteur pharmaceutique et aux industries spcialises. Qualifications requises : Baccalaurat en administration des affaires, en ingnierie ou dans un domaine connexe; MBA ou diplme suprieur (un atout).Plus de 10 ans dexprience en ventes ou dveloppement des affaires dans les secteurs CVC, refroidissement ou domaines connexes.Succs dmontr dans le march pharmaceutique et / ou dans des marchs verticaux spcialiss.Solide comprhension des aspects techniques des systmes de refroidissement pour lindustrie pharmaceutique.Excellentes comptences en leadership et exprience dans la gestion dquipes performantesptences suprieures en communication, ngociation et prsentation.Capacit btir des relations solides avec des dirigeants de haut niveau (C-level) et des dcideurs cls.Matrise des outils CRM, des logiciels danalyse des ventes et de la suite Microsoft Office.Disponibilit pour voyager selon les besoins afin de rencontrer les clients et assister des vnements industriels.
