The Opportunity

As an Analyst, Real Estate Accounts, you will be at the forefront of supporting our Real Estate Lending team. This role is uniquely positioned to provide a comprehensive blend of credit analysis, risk management, client engagement, and portfolio management. You will collaborate closely with Relationship Managers and other team members to deliver flawless financial solutions and outstanding client experiences.

Successful Incumbent

The successful incumbent effectively manages credit risk for a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, conducting annual reviews and ongoing monitoring while maintaining independence from sales functions. They excel in facilitation, conflict management, and workload prioritization to meet deadlines during seasonal peaks. With a commitment to minimizing operational losses and adhering to company policies, they foster a positive, high-performing, and inclusive work environment.
