Job descriptionfaire fonctionner tout l’équipement d’ingénierie des systèmes maritimes à bord des navires trouver la cause des défaillances, aviser le commandement des limites et effectuer les réparations nécessaires pour remettre les systèmes en marche. établissent et suivent un calendrier de maintenance pour garder l’équipement d’ingénierie du navire en bon état interviennent en cas d’urgence, notamment en situation de lutte contre les incendies et de contrôle des avaries, y compris lors de l’écrasement d’hélicoptères posséder la citoyenneté canadienne ou être résident permanent vivant au Canada; les programmes d’études subventionnées, pour lesquels vous devez être âgé de 16 ans (avec le consentement parental) ou plus; la Première réserve, pour laquelle vous devez être âgé de 16 ans (avec le consentement parental) ou plus et être inscrit comme étudiant à temps plein; avoir terminé une 10eannée ou un 4e secondaire au Québec (certains emplois exigent un niveau de scolarité plus élevé). Cours de mathématiques théorique de 10eannée (Mathématiques 426 ou CST 4) Mathématiques appliquées de 12eannée (Mathématiques 526 ou TS 5 / SN 5)

En tant que technicien / technicienne de marine dans les Forces armées canadiennes (FAC), vous serez responsable du fonctionnement et de l’entretien des systèmes de propulsion et des systèmes mécaniques et électriques hautement perfectionnés des navires de guerre de la Marine royale canadienne.

Ce poste exige que les candidats aient terminé au minimum leur 10e année ou leur 4e secondaire au Québec, conformément aux normes provinciales, notamment :

Les candidats détenant un diplôme d’équivalence d’études secondaires (DEES) doivent également avoir suivi un cours de mathématiques théorique de 10e année ou de mathématiques appliquées de 12e année. La réussite d’un cours de sciences physiques de n’importe quel niveau est un atout.
