Hello, I'm Rayan MERRIEN, FED ManuTech Recruitment Consultant, a specialist in temporary and permanent recruitment for the engineering and manufacturing professions.We're experts who speak your language.We are committed to supporting you throughout your job search and at every stage of your career.Your positionI am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a pharmaceutical company located in Montreal, a Manufacturing Engineer Permanent position 40h / week - face-to-face.Reporting to the Industrial Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks : - Analyze production flows, identify cycle and product improvements- Work on assembly operations and cycle balancing according to production targets and identified problems.- Implement and manage continuous improvement projects (Lean SixSigma) and document processes- Ensure compliance with OHS and quality standards, and train employees in continuous improvement practices- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate projects and meet KPIs (production, engineering, purchasing, etc.)Your professional skills- Priority management and leadership- Thoroughness and attention to detail- Excellent interpersonal skills and team playerWe're looking for a proactive, self-starter who likes a job well done. Our ideal candidate likes dynamic environments, is rigorous, and enjoys working as part of a team.Your profile- At least 3 years' experience in a similar position- Bilingual French - English- Bachelor's degree - ING or CPI- Mastery of the principles of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement- Knowledge of ERP- Salary : 80k$-120k$ according to experience- Face-to-face position on day shift, full insurance, company RRSP, 3 weeks' vacation minimum

• The use of English is required for this position for the following reasons : - Communication with international customers : As some of our customers are based abroad, you will be required to communicate with them regularly in English, both orally and in writing.- Working with English-speaking partners : You will be required to work with English-speaking suppliers and partners to monitor orders and manage contracts.- Drafting documents in English : You will be responsible for drafting reports, proposals and contracts in English, for our international customers.
