Industrial Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing)
Maintenance Manager with responsibility for overseeing a team of maintenance technicians and performing skilled and semi-skilled work in care and maintenance of production equipment, facilities, and grounds. Responsible for electrical and mechanical repairs.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the work activity of a team of maintenance technicians
- Project management
- Monitor parts inventory and place purchase orders when necessary
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
- Repair production equipment and perform building maintenance (carpentry as needed)
- Repair and maintain electrical motors, pumps, and machinery
- Perform welding as required
- Perform routine housekeeping as required
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Routinely perform overtime as needed
- Facility maintenance and capex / plant improvements
- Maintain equipment lists (machines, dies, etc.)
- Provide training to maintenance team and maintain documents
- Assist in related department activities and perform related duties as required
