  • 10-12 years of experience in Manufacturing engineering, with a focus on quality control and process improvement.
  • Experience in manufacturing with a focus on managing contract manufacturers.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with external partners to achieve shared goals around cost, quality and delivery timelines.
  • Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives, utilizing methodologies like Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Experience working with international contract manufacturers and navigating the complexities of global supply chains, including cultural and logistical considerations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of engineers.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and data-driven decision making.

  • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • If you got this far, we hope you're feeling excited about this role! Even if you don't feel you meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
