Job Description :
Our client, a leading provider of home building materials in Ajax- they sell items such as kitchen and bathroom fixtures, appliances etc. They are seeking a dedicated and personable Bi-lingual (Mandarin & English) Front Desk Support staff to join their team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients have a positive and welcoming experience as they visit our store. This position will start off temporary and can lead to permanent employment with the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle all incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information and directing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Assist customers with their product inquiries, orders, and returns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other team members to manage daily schedules, appointments, and customer follow-ups.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing email correspondence.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
