Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our daily operations and ensuring that our office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer support.

Duties

• Responsible for the company's daily translation work (Mandarin-English translation), including document translation, conference translation, and interpreting when accompanying the boss to meet with clients.
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails, providing timely assistance to clients and colleagues.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
• Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
• Utilize Google Suite applications to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

Proficient in both Mandarin and English.

Hold a driver's license and be familiar with local road conditions.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role is preferred.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills are essential.

Proficiency in using office software.

Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
