About this role

We are recruiting for a Director, Project Planning Services . Here's how your role will strengthen our team.

This role is responsible for driving excellence in construction preplanning and execution, fostering a culture of safety and inclusion, and optimizing business practices to support organizational growth. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in project planning, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

This position can be based out of one of our BC offices : Kelowna, Burnaby, or Victoria

Your responsibilities

• Lead a culture of safety, collaboration, and respect, while fostering an inclusive and high-performance environment
• Oversee construction preplanning activities, including BIM, VDC, and Revizto workflows, ensuring standardization of processes, tools, and consistency and efficiency in deliverables
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align departmental goals with organizational strategy
• Continuously evaluate and optimize internal business practices to improve productivity and quality
• Lead strategic initiatives that enhance preplanning and execution
• Manage departmental and project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and accurate forecasting
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and industry representative
• Drive strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts to optimize business practices and expand market presence
